Keith A. Greathouse has over 35 years of industry experience with major pharmaceutical companies. Prior to founding DermAvance, Mr. Greathouse served as executive vice president for Sanofi-Aventis Dermatology (Dermik), where he launched many significant new dermatology products such as Benzamycin, Benzaclin, Carac, Penlac, Klaron, Psorcon, Noritate, Vanamide, and most recently, Sculptra. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Jose State University and a Doctorate from New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He currently serves on the boards of the Women’s Dermatologic Foundation and is the Chairman of the Board of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and was instrumental in leading the merger of the college with Touro University in 2024. Mr. Greathouse is active in the following societies: the American Academy Of Dermatology (AAD), the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, (ASDS), The Skin Cancer Foundation (SCF), American Academy of Plastic Surgery (AAPS).

One of the founders of DermAvance, Mr. LaRosa has held various positions in finance, business development, and sales/ marketing management. Mr. LaRosa has over 35 years of strategic business experience and over 20 years in the aesthetic industry with accomplishments in acquisitions, in-licensing, out licensing, joint ventures, and strategic planning. Mr. LaRosa is a proud graduate of Villanova University.
